We are currently seeking applications for a Chef to support our 19 bed Residential Aged Care facility in Kandos. You will have the opportunity to: Lead all aspects of food operations including food safety, preparation and service Preparation and service of meals ensuring nutritious and wholesome food and variety of food. Preparation of special diets and modified diets as required including low salt, diabetic, soft and pureed. Ordering and/or oversight of ordering of food supplies. Preparation and service of meals for functions. Maintain efficient cost control with regards to food preparation. Work in conjunction with the Manager to constantly refine and improve the food service standards.
