Leeds outside caterer, corporate catering & weddings
Very sociable hours midweek finish by 2/3pm
Would suit someone looking to step up the ladder from Sous Chef to Head chef or Junior Sous to Sous then potentially taking on the head chefs role in future.
Working with chef owner and current management of the company supplying quality catering in Leeds and surrounding areas. Must have a flexible approach to all aspects of the business, a good sense of humour and loyal, reliable and professional approach to work.
The business has 4 areas, consisting of :
Weddings
Corporate catering & events
Quality Jiffy vans (currently 3 but 4 by October)
Quality pre-made sandwiches
Corporate catering monday to friday and weekend weddings & events
Must have plenty of similar experience within the trade, mainly straight shifts mon-fri with weddings on saturdays. Buffet work, corporate catering, weddings & events.
Drivers license essential as some driving company vehicles to jobs is required..
Working with owner chef, team leader qualities, high standards, well presented, keeping great relationships with our team and clients alike, stock control, a passion for great produce and service. Looking for a positive and upbeat person to join our team.
Location is very local to leeds centre.
Must be reliable & punctual
Be able to undertake relevant repsponsibilities
Be competent in all areas of the kitchen
Be positive thinking and respectful
Be able to follow food hygiene and HASSP regs
Be a good communicator

Salary: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year (more for a experienced head chef)
