EXPERIENCED CHEF WANTED

We are seeking an experienced chef with previous experience in restaurant industry.
Business services Salary Range: $72,000-$77,000 (plus superannuation)

The Roles & Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Create prep lists for kitchen crew
  • Manage food costing and inventory
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
  • Menu Planning
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations The position Requires
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
  • Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be a team player
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques

The candidate must also have strong communication skills and show attention to detail and be well presented and punctual.
