JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and marinating as needed.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
