We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in Caribbean cuisine, kitchen management and a flair for creating exceptional dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service or culinary industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen management practices.
  • Experience in banquet preparation and catering services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Creative flair for menu development with an emphasis on presentation and flavor profiles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory; hands-on experience is highly valued.
