Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present meals to high standards in accordance with Sodexo’s and client’s expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and storage areas in line with food safety and HACCP regulations
  • Follow proper allergen labelling procedures and food storage protocols
  • Carry out scheduled and end-of-day cleaning tasks, ensuring all equipment is switched off and sanitised
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal food hygiene, health and safety standards
  • Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients, team members, and delivery personnel
