We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef to join our established catering team here at Swinton Barracks in Perham Down. You will be ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will have a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow as a culinary professional. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
