QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, fine-dining or upscale casual establishment.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Culinary creativity with a strong palate and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
  • Design and update seasonal menus that reflect fresh ingredients, culinary trends, and the restaurant’s identity.
  • Lead by example during service, ensuring smooth kitchen flow and exceptional plate execution.
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff; help them grow their skills and work efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
  • Work with the GM or owner to manage food orders, minimize waste, and ensure freshness of ingredients.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in accordance with health codes.Participate in tastings, events, and menu planning sessions.
