This role supports the leadership of the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional and memorable dining experience for guests across the resort. Success in this position requires strong leadership capability, the ability to effectively coordinate a team in a high‑end kitchen environment, and a proven focus on cost control and achieving results aligned with budget and previous performance. This is a hands‑on role, with an expectation to lead by example and work alongside the team during peak service periods.
