JOB DESCRIPTION:

Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel is seeking a talented Chef Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual with expertise in preparing high-quality burgers and crispy fried chicken to meet the needs of our guests in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. If you’re passionate about cooking and have experience in creating delicious fast food, we would love to have you on board.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in fast food kitchen operations, specializing in burger making and fried chicken (preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

  • Work efficiently in a team to handle high-volume orders while maintaining quality.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and organizing ingredients.
  • Provide exceptional culinary services to meet the expectations of guests.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
