Sugar Junction is on the look out for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Chef to join our friendly team in Manchester City Centre.
We are a unique rustic/ vintage tearoom situated within Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter who serve Breakfast/ brunch and lunch from our menu.

What we are looking for:

• A creative Chef who works well under pressure and demonstrates the ability to run a small kitchen during busy times.
• Must be experienced in making brunch to a high standard
• Must possess excellent presentation skills
• Able to use initiative
• A strong independent honest team player, warm and welcoming person.
• Must hold a minimum of a level 2 food hygiene certificate or happy to work towards this.
