Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: Variable across the week, upon business needs, 8am till 17.30pm
Join our team as a Chef Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and safety. In this role, you will cook food according to specified recipes and production methods, ensuring portioning and quality meet the required standards. You will complete production documentation, report any deficiencies in food production, quality, and temperature audits to your immediate supervisor, and ensure food is stored and labelled correctly to avoid cross-contamination. Adherence to HACCP guidelines at all times is essential.

AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • To Cook food in the manner laid down, using the ingredients specified, following recipes, production methods and achieving the required standards.
  • The portioning of food according to laid down procedures.
  • The completion of production documentation as required.
  • To report all deficiencies in food production, quality, and temperature audit to your immediate supervisor
  • To ensure food is stored and labelled correctly when not being handled, to avoid cross contamination.
  • To ensure HACCP is always adhered to with all food items.
