WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
  • Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised
