REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, particularly in sushi-making.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on fostering teamwork within the kitchen environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
  • Previous experience in food production and cooking within a fast-paced kitchen is essential.
  • A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn new techniques and trends in Japanese cuisine.
