Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency across all dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, including seasonal specials and new dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Help manage kitchen schedules to ensure efficient staffing during peak hours.
