We are seeking a motivated & experienced Chef to join our team at The Bridport Arms. You will be responsible for assisting the Head & Second Chef with staff training, health & safety, kitchen admin, implementing of new menus, creating daily specials, stock management & taking responsibility for the running of the kitchen when required.

You should have a passion and flare for producing quality, British, seasonal fresh food in a fulfilling environment. You will have experience working in a similar environment and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding food every time. You will be an active team player with excellent communication skills, be responsible and be able to manage the kitchen safely and effectively at all times.
