Hi chefs,
we got the Britannia 4 months ago with a vision to being proper food to the centre of middleton. The pub is doing great. We have made it look cool and we are attracting the right type of people.
We have one chef atm. Big Tony. (Big character) he’s a bit crackers but we love him and he knocks out great honest food. We have a small menu. We use lords butchers facing us. We need another set of hands.
Someone who will turn up rain or shine. And who wants to knock out some good food and be part of something that’s giving the town a buzz.
If you ever say ”it’s not my job” this isn’t the job for you.
Small team and we want to have a laugh doing what we do whilst being the best we can.
