Hours : Full time & Part time
Payscale : £12.30-£15.00/hour depending on age and experience
Clean driving license and the ability to travel between sites is a must.

Main duties to include:

  • Preparing brunch and sandwich menu
  • Managing kitchen cleanliness
  • Placing kitchen orders
  • Managing stock and menu costings
  • Managing kitchen team, providing training in food preparation and SFBB practices
  • Supervising regular cleaning/deep cleans
  • Maintaining food hygiene records in accordance with SFBB

This is a daytime position, across two of our sites. We are looking for someone who loves food and enjoys working as part of a team. Previous experience in managing people and food production environments are a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.30-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
