The Role
We’re looking for a Chef who can take control of the kitchen and work alongside front-of-house staff to deliver consistent, delicious food. You’ll be running the grill, managing prep, and making sure every plate that goes out lives up to The Gyros Guyz standard.

Key Duties

  • Oversee food preparation and service in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Manage the grill and ensure dishes are cooked to perfection.
  • Stay cool under pressure during busy service.
  • Pre-cook and manage stock levels so food is always ready.
  • Handle multiple orders with composure and speed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential).
  • Experience in a busy kitchen, ideally with grilling/meat cooking.
  • Ability to listen, learn, and adapt to our menu.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
  • Hard-working and comfortable being on your feet throughout a shift.
