REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (experience in Nepalese cuisine is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese food, spices, and techniques.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Culinary training/certification is a plus.
• Basic English or Nepali communication skills.

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes with consistency and quality.
• Plan, develop, and improve traditional and modern Nepalese menus.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations.
• Manage stock, inventory, and kitchen expenses.
