Busy Bar and Restaurant in Hamble have a opening for a full time Chef
We are committed to providing high standards of both food and service to the Marina and the Local Village of Hamble

The Ketch Rigger is open 7 days a week from serving a mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner
We are looking for someone who has passion about food to help move this already busy restaurant forward
A good range of all round cooking is needed , with a knowledge of products and a can do attitude

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

You will need to have a minimum of one years experience in a commercial kitchen or 2 years at a catering College
Have a up to date food hygiene certificate
own transport is a must due to location

You will be expected to ensure the kitchen meets our company high standards
Have a input into menu planning, creating daily specials and event planning
Run the Kitchen in the absence of the manager
Assist in stock takes ordering and rotas
