OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, kitchen management, and team leadership. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong background in food service management, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Experience with catering services and banquet operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a solid understanding of various cuisines and dietary requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and guests.
