With four unique dining experiences in a re-purposed 19th-century heritage mill building, The Paper Mill Food has become the beating heart of a residential community created by Coronation Property.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Hand stretch
• Wood oven experience
• Food handling accreditation
• Organisational skills and cleanliness
• Being able to work in a fast paced environment
• Competent in working within in a team

SKILLSET AND EXPERIENCE

• Availability on both weekdays and weekends
• Minimum of 2-3years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Qualifications in Commercial Cookery required

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an energetic and passionate pizza, burger and pasta chef to join our growing team.
The position is on a fulltime basis working on a 5 day roster.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing items for service
• upholding a high standard of served plates
• Management of stock and food preparation
• The ability to listen, learn and then develop systems
• Ingredients preparation and safe storage of food products
