Qualified Chef (Full Time)
Join our team at the Park Hotel Ballarat to be a senior member of the Food and Beverage leadership group.
This will include but not limited to assisting management and development of the kitchen team, oversee the food preparation and production, implement innovative menus meeting the market/customer expectations, operate within budgeted guidelines and to assist the Head Chef with daily operating duties.
Recently renovated venue with new function space and beer garden launching late September.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $57,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
