We seek a qualified and experienced Chef to join our Kitchen team. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running either the Bar Food Kitchen or Main Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards as per SOP
  • Ensure all food preparation meets current hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist the Head Chef in developing new dishes
  • Manage stock control and portioning
  • Reduce waste where possible
  • Contribute to the overall Kitchen Hygiene
  • Adhere to daily recording of HACCP on KitchTech

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 8 – 39 per week
