ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Chef de Partie at IL MATTO TORQUAY’ in Torquay VIC, you will be a key member of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards. This is a full-time position where you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Preparing and cooking a range of dishes across multiple stations, ensuring consistent high quality
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development
