JOB OVERVIEW

Brunch & evening chef… a good variety of different shifts. With us only open 3 nights a week you will never lose a week of evenings.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a genuine passion for the kitchen, is clean, tidy and has an all round positive attitude. You will be asked to work as part of a team along with keeping cleaning and hygiene standards at a high level. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating memorable dishes that our customers will want to tell their friends about. Food safety standards and hygiene levels must be kept at the highest possible standard at all times.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
  • The ability to motivate others.
  • Proficient cooking skills with a passion for the culinary world.
  • Extensive kitchen experience, preferably within a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to serve guests with professionalism and attention to detail.

    Pay: £13.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Have an input into creating seasonal menus.
