OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in African / Caribbean food preparation, cooking, Grilling, and restaurant management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
  • Previous restaurant management experience is preferred, with an understanding of hospitality principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in grilling, barbecues and food platting.
  • A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development is essential.
