We are recruiting for a part time kitchen position to cover 4 days a week, including alternate weekends. Hours 8.30am -4.30pm.
Responsibilities will include cooking our brunch, and lunch menu items to order. Baking homemade cakes, scones and tray bakes. Managing prep and stock levels, maintaining a clean and organised work space and adhering to all food safety guidelines.
The ideal applicant will have experience working in a fast paced brunch or fresh food kitchen, have a knowledge or enthusiasm for fresh food and baking cakes, and have a willing and can do attitude. We would love someone to bring new recipes and ideas to the table!
We are a small team so the role will involve supporting front of house staff when necessary, serving and interacting with customers, opening/ closing and cash handling.
Shifts are 8.30am - 4.30pm. There is opportunity for flexibility on some days, but not all.
Sociable hours, no evenings or split shifts, alternate weekends off, friendly and fun team, staff discount, free parking nearby.
Training could be given to someone willing to commit to the role.
