As the Chef You Will: Curate menus that meet a broad range of dietary needs, including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium, etc. Develop and maintain culinary and equipment budget for department. Working knowledge and management of menu planning, supply ordering, kitchen maintenance, and sanitation standards. Manage all nutritional needs of adolescents and young adults, while maintaining dietary needs and exciting taste buds.
