Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes, including meats, vegetables, and sides, ensuring each is flavorful and visually appealing
• Manage the entire grilling process, from marinating to seasoning and cooking to perfection
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food preparation activities
• Assist in meal planning and portioning to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely service
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of needs or shortages
• Ensure cleanliness of all cooking stations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or catering environment
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on barbecue techniques and flavor development
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and serving teams
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
• Enthusiasm for serving guests and creating exceptional dining experiences
