The role is full time over 7 days . They are usually day shifts with the flexibility to allow for occasional evenings in line with events or external catering. Weekend increments are paid.

We have a new role for Sous Chef to lead and support and income generation initiatives. You will be supporting our current initiatives and working alongside the Catering Lead to create new and exciting opportunities. You will support external bookings and the catering trailer alongside internal meals for our patients, their loved ones and our team at the Hospice. You will step up to cover the catering lead and support ordering, create catering rotas and general other duties needed to run an efficient kitchen.
The role will be varied from serving burgers in a catering trailer, to delivering a three course meal to creating a special meal for a patient.
You will have a passion for your local community, a flair for income generating initiatives and be an excellent chef. We are small team and flexibility is key.
