The Alberts Deli has been a cornerstone of the community for 16 years. Now under new management, we’re bringing fresh energy and ambition – and we want a chef who’s hungry to grow with us.

What we’re looking for:

• A chef who’s used to high-volume service and can keep calm under pressure.
• Confident working alone as well as part of a small team.
• Comfortable in small kitchen spaces, keeping stations neat, tidy, and organised at all times.
• A natural leader – able to manage the team when on duty, but always a team player.
• Passionate about breakfast & brunch and excited to shape the future of the deli.
• Must hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and be comfortable managing all health & safety protocols in the kitchen.
• Reliability, resilience, and a genuine drive to build something special together.

What we offer:

• £13 – £15 per hour (depending on experience)

• 07:00 – 16:00 shifts, Wednesday to Sunday (no evenings – real work/life balance)
