Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, EXPERIENCED, professional parttime or fulltime chef. The Wenvoe Arms is a busy and thriving village pub with a great reputation for fresh, homemade seasonal food and excellent service.
We are offering a four or five day week. You will be required to work evenings and lunchtimes throughout the week and weekends. There will be some split shifts and some straight shifts.

NOTE: our kitchens are closed:

• Sunday nights.
• All day Mondays.
• What’s not to like?!

CHRISTMAS OFF: we do not open our kitchens:

• Christmas Eve night.
• Christmas Day.
• Boxing Day.
• NYE night.

• Prepare and cook excellent food to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
• Adhere to food and safety regulations and standards at all times.
• To work well within a team and support the kitchen brigade and have the competence to run a solo shift when necessary
