We are seeking skilled Chefs of all levels to join our team at a bustling restaurant. As a Chef you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious meals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
