QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Previous experience in team management is advantageous but not essential. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences.
