Japanese first-class KAISEKI restaurant is looking for chefs in Central London!
The owners want to spread Japanese food to the world. They have transported the interior of Kyoto’s SUKIYA style to London and aim to be known as a restaurant that provides unequalled hospitality to customers.
SUKIYA style is a famous Japanese architectural style, characterized as the design of a residential teahouse.
The restaurant’s chefs were trained to bring out the original taste of the ingredients of each season in their dishes at the three-star KAISEKI restaurant.
They serve traditional kaiseki cuisine. Training will be offered to the successful candidate.
The restaurant owners are looking for motivated people who feel strongly about participating in this project and who want utilize their skills to the maximum level.
【Requirements】
・You like Japanese dishes and culture
・Hospitable and professional in conduct with customers
【Preffered Requirements】
・Experience as a Japanese chef
・Experience as a chef of Michelin restaurants
・High communication skills in English
・Additional skills in Japanese
【What we will give you】
・Japanese dishes chef skills and experience by one of the most famous Washoku-chefs in UK.
・We have visa sponsorship licence.
【Salary】
Basic salary plus service charge
