If you are someone who displays a strong work ethic and has the appetite and passion to produce high quality meals, we’d love to hear from you. In addition, you must have:

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period
• Relevant Commercial Cookery trade qualifications
• A full drivers licence and use of own car
• Excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• An immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming
• Knowledge of food safety requirements, hygiene standards, operating procedures and WHS and regulatory guidelines
