Responsibilities

ROLES AVAILABLE

  • Commis Chefs – learning and developing core skills while supporting daily prep and service.
  • Chef de Parties – running your section with confidence, creativity, and pride.
  • Sous Chefs – supporting the Head Chef, mentoring the team, and driving food standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES (DEPENDING ON LEVEL)

  • Prepare and serve high-quality, fresh food across hot and cold counters, deli bars, and street food offers.
  • Take ownership of your section and maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Contribute ideas for menus, events, and seasonal specials that reflect global cuisines and customer trends.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Deliver on our Kitchen Charter: teamwork, mindful cooking, professionalism, and respect.
