What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Seafood food, fresh pasta preferred
  • A team player who enjoys to work in a guest focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills and time management
  • Ability to work, mornings, lunch and/or dinner shifts and weekends according to business demands
  • Demonstrate an ability to constantly work well under pressure
  • Have a current working permit in Australia

Duties

  • Lead and Manage a Section in the Kitchen
  • Section management - stock take and ordering
  • Assist in training and coaching junior chefs and apprentices
  • Adhering to HACCP practices
