• Preparing and cooking dishes to spec and high standards
• Maintaining mise en place and managing your station
• Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety
• Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and prep tasks

• Upholding high standards of presentation, timing, and consistency
