Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience working in a professional kitchen is essential.
• Tools of the Trade: Own chef’s uniform and knives required.
• Culinary Skills: Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work Under Pressure: Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines, even in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to various kitchen environments.
• Travel: Ability to travel to different locations as our clients are spread across London and the South.
