We’re looking for qualified, experienced chefs at all levels — Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef — to join our busy kitchen teams across Suffolk.
Bella Pubs are a group of well-loved pubs in and around Bury St Edmunds, with a brand-new village pub near Sudbury.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistently high-quality dishes across all services.
  • Lead daily kitchen operations (Sous & Head Chef), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, presentation, and food safety.
  • Oversee stock control and support efficient kitchen management.
  • Maintain a spotless, safe kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations.
