CRITERIA & REQUIREMENTS

  • Under 40 years of age (to allow adequate time for Permanent Residency application before the 45-years of age cut-off).
  • UK Passport Holder
  • Medical Clearance – Must meet Visa and Sodexo medical requirements.
  • Experience Requirements:
  • With Qualification: At least 1 year of experience post-qualification in the last 5 years.
  • Without Qualification: At least 3 years of experience in a chef position.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (valid within 5 years).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef (mass/ bulk catering experience preferred).
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months).
  • Any additional criteria as set out by the Australian 482 Visa requirements that need to be met.
Responsibilities
  • Preparing and serving delicious, high-quality meals that meet Sodexo’s standards.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Managing kitchen organization and maintaining exceptional food safety standards.
  • Operating kitchen appliances and ensuring all meals are cooked to perfection.
  • Keeping accurate food safety and hygiene records.
  • Working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
