Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a Chemical Production Batch Mixer (PM Shift) to join us at our facility in Brackmills, Northampton, UK.
The purpose of this role is to manufacture our formulations to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. Responsible for delivering manufacturing production performance targets by following agreed operating procedures and actively participating in continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, HSE and team development.

· Batch processing; Weighing, dispensing & mixing chemicals, using various methods & equipment to produce a wide range of Automotive products.
· Follow approved methods, standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice.
· Ensure all batch documentation is completed and signed off in line with standard operating procedures and Work instructions.
· Carry out in process batch testing/quality tests.
· Data entry to maintain accurate stock records and also Stock takes.
· Chemical stock control.
· Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping
· Participate and contribute to daily briefings, Redzone
· Actively participate in safety, quality and continuous improvement activities
