Pay Rate: up to $20.00, based on experience
Job Overview for Chemical Blender:
Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Chemical Blender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical blending and be able to work with minimal supervision. This position requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of blending processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements for Chemical Blender:

  • 3 years of prior chemical blending experience.
  • 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong documentation and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Ability to read blending tickets, SOPs, and other production documentation.
  • Understanding of how to blend materials according to quality standards.

Responsibilities for Chemical Blender:

  • Stage ingredients, weigh and blend formulas according to specifications.
  • Maintain raw materials and assist with tanker unloading.
  • Follow and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Document all blending activities accurately and thoroughly.
  • Calibrate scales and blending equipment on a weekly basis.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
