Job Description CEDA is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Chemical Cleaning division based out of our Regina location. Variety: changing work scopes from one day to the next – there is always a new challenge A great team that fosters collaboration and a supportive work environment Key Duties and Responsibilities Take ownership of chemical cleaning projects from concept to completion- planning, estimating and executing with precision Keeping our projects on track by overseeing crews, equipment, materials and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with schedule, budget, safety and quality standards Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met through safe, high-quality and cost-effective solutions Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and initiate corrective actions when needed Collaborate across CEDA teams by working closely with operations, lab services and the blend plant to deliver exceptional results Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators All other related duties as required Role Specifications: 7+ years of chemical cleaning experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role A solid understanding of ABSA and related regulatory requirements Strong communication and organizational skills- you’re the person who gets things done and keeps everyone in sync Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, FieldFX, and AX (or a willingness to learn) A technical degree or equivalent experience is a definite asset Willingness to travel and work hands-on with clients and field teams Skills: You have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safely You lead by example, having the ability to articulate the business vision, strategy and service capabilities to all levels inside and outside the organization You’re driven by results and take pride in tracking key performance indicators to measure success, identify opportunities and celebrate with your team You’re a hands-on leader who knows how to guide, motivate, and support your crew- keeping everyone focused, safe, and proud of the work you accomplish together Additional Information The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
