POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Engineer will provide technical leadership and oversight of key production processes. This role is responsible for achieving production goals while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and environmental compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years in a chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant essential.
• Strong background in Process Engineering.
• Batch and continuous distillation desirable.
• Organic chemical reactions desirable.
• Hazardous high-hazard chemicals (e.g., chlorine, HF) essential.
• PLCs and automation highly preferred.
• FDA-regulated environments (validation & batch records) desirable.
• Experience training personnel is desirable.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and tools such as Minitab, Aspen, or equivalent is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of cGMPs, utility systems, and chemical manufacturing operations.
  Job Type: Contract
  Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
