Your Team
As part of our dynamic sales team Benelux with the focus on the Netherlands, you will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Business Unit Coatings, Construction and Adhesives (CCA). With our performance additives, we serve a broad range of applications for customers in paints and coatings, printing inks, construction chemicals, adhesives and many others.
In addition to strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, a deep technical understanding of our products and applications is essential for creating outstanding solutions for our customers.
Your Tasks
Expedite our marketing and sales objectives with a clear commitment to dynamic growth
Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships in the Benelux countries with a focus on the Netherlands
Initiate and coordinate application technology projects
Provide exceptional customer service through a holistic approach that combines technical expertise with insights on purchasing, availability, and supply chain solutions
Collaborate with application technology, product management, and sales colleagues in Europe
Your Profile
Successfully completed degree in chemical engineering or natural sciences
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or closely related functions (marketing, product management) with proven record in managing external customer contacts
Experience in at least one of the following market segments: paints and coatings (architectural, decorative, industrial), construction chemicals, printing inks, adhesives
Experience in promoting technical products and training customers on proper usage
Friendly and engaging communication style, able to negotiate across different hierarchy levels
Fluency in Dutch (ideally native speaker) and English minimum B2 Level
Structured, self-motivated work style with strong teamwork skills
Willingness to travel >50% of the time, including multi-day international trips and visits to our HQ in Abstatt, Germany
Valid driving license
