You support our team as

Responsibilities
  • As a lubricant developer, you handle development requests and coordinate their technical implementation
  • From concept to lab and pilot samples – you develop our products through to series production readiness
  • You propose raw material selections and develop alternatives in collaboration with our raw materials management team
  • You prepare the necessary documentation throughout the development process, particularly for formulations, manufacturing instructions, specifications, FMEA, lab reports, and test plans
  • You work closely with other departments in interdisciplinary team
